Blair DeMarco-Wettlaufer

My name is Blair DeMarco-Wettlaufer, and I have worked in the credit and collections field for over 26 years. I started in credit management, and ended up in the collections industry. I've trained over 300 collection agents, registered an agency under ISO 27001 certification, and worked with a number of companies as a partner and advisor to help them build a better business.

Ultimately, I like working with people -- people are what makes businesses work. People make my workplace interesting, make teamwork possible, and let us accomplish goals.

I also am fascinated by the constantly changing face of business -- the way we talk to each other, find new services, and share expertise is rapidly changing. My blog, Receivable / Accounts has many articles about my thoughts on this, and I have also written for the Credit Institute of Canada, Credit Association of Greater Toronto, National Credit News, and Receivables Management Association of Canada.
