Using the SMS features of our proprietary Integrated Collection Control application that has set
Kingston Data & Credit apart for years by allowing collection team members the ability to send
SMS texts, we have built this texting function out as an app available to our clients, to give
them the same ability that we have, to send and receive individual, free form SMS messages
through our platform.

By installing this application, you can give your credit and collection team members the ability
to reach out via SMS/MMS messaging, which allows a conversation with consumers that can
result in payment on accounts and a higher response rate than manual dialing or predictive
dialing.

Features:

• Application deploys to any MS Windows environment
• Register individual staff members on the application
• Applications are secured by registering the user’s assigned IP address
• Send customized messages anywhere in Canada or the US
• Receive live, real-time responses to that registered user’s email address

Batch Messaging:

• Batch messages can be uploaded to the Chequebox FTP server
• Messages can be throttled to allow agents a steady flow of responses that are
  manageable
• Custom batch messages can be programmed and batches can refer to those messages
  for different stages of collection
• Each message can be assigned a collector and a response email for SMS notifications to
  get live results

Responsible Use: 

Each client agrees that this application will only be used for collection or accounts receivable purposes and not solicitation, observe privacy legislation, and limit communications with
individual consumers to the frequency allowed by law in conjunction with the Chequebox or ChequeboxSMS applications.

Cost:

Each client can set up as many individual application users as they would like, who may send
any number of SMS messages, at $39.95 plus HST per month per user for up to 800 messages
each, and further messages are billed at a rate of $0.05 per message.
