Network Administration Technician

Kingston Data and Credit is an international credit management and collection agency with branches in Ontario, Quebec, and Florida, and is one of the fastest growing, most progressive collection companies in the industry -- we are the 'professional alternative to a collection agency' for over 2300 clients.

We are looking for a network administrator to join our Cambridge branch team. We are looking for someone to join our team who can:

• Independently operate in a flat/agile environment
• Effectively communicate with IT and non-IT staff in a collaborate manner
• Provide support and assistance to clientele when needed
• Multi-task and problem solve issues
• Maintain our company wide area network, VOIP phone system, and data security perimiter

We would prefer someone with at least two years experience in at least three of the following areas. Training can be provided in fields without experience:

• Windows Domain Controller
• Windows Active Directory
• VMWare
• Cisco/Meraki devices & MPLS network architecture
• Linux (Mint) GUI and CLI
• Asterisk VOIP phone systems
• Lantica 2.6 Sesame database (or higher versions) 
• Network security and continuity of business planning
• VICIDial VOIP Phone Servers

Our office is unlike a typical third party collection agency and as such we are growing quickly. We are looking for intelligent, calm, and independent professionals to help us in our rapid growth and expansion.

While we do not require our Technical Support staff to work in excess of 37.5 hours a week as a rule, some flexibility with hours and some occasional travel to our other branches may be required.
