"Had an outstanding bill...I had no idea I did not pay it...sent to collections...opps my bad...however Kingston Data and Credit's Brian M was very reasonable, understanding and professional in my dealings with him. He let me set the terms of repayment, workable to my schedule. There was no yelling and or intimidation, just open, kind communication. Very nicely done Brian. And best of all my credit rating is not going to be impacted."

"When I first communicated with KDC I was not going to settle, I felt like the victim and did not want to negotiate. KDC stayed polite and calm and offered reasonable solutions. I can say that despite this bad experience with the creditor they helped make this a situation feel like a learning experience. Thank you for your help and understanding, it makes a difference."

"Debt can be embarrassing and overwhelming. Especially when it comes to talking to a stranger over the phone, in regards to your finances. I can honestly say, for the first time, I did NOT dread dealing with these matters. Alicia Spiers was very understanding, patient and most of all, she was able to make me feel comfortable; while we came to an agreement on payments and clearing my debt. If all Collectors were more like Alicia, trusting, honest and helpful (in her manner), those suffering from debt would feel much more at ease and more likely to resolve their debts.
