Hospital Collections

We have been representing a number of hospitals for a number of years now, and our clients include Scarborough General Hospital, Guelph General Hospital, Sault Area Hospital, and more, and we’ve had great success in aiding debtors to pay ambulance fees, and collected thousands of dollars for our hospital clients. We attend conferences, and are actively seeking to find ways to not only collect on past due balances, but maintain the image and reputation of the hospitals.

We understand the sensitive nature of hospital collections, both in regards to privacy, and in regards to the delicacy with which many files need to be handled, due to the gravity of illness and loss on an individual. Our collectors are trained negotiators, but also empathetic toward the people we call, and will do our best to come to a positive resolution for everyone with each call. In the case of file closures due to accounting errors, compassionate reasons, or other circumstantial reasons, we do not charge.

We do not use restrictive contracts or charge hidden fees. To sign up with Kingston Data and Credit, all you have to do is phone one of our team members listed below, or email us at support@kingstondc.com
